In addition, we may collect and store information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the Service and our websites, including matches, numbers of matches made by members, match durations, text messages, usage by geographies, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, network type and traffic to and from our websites.

Our application allows you to generate images from text, generate images from another uploaded image, and generate videos from images you upload. If you choose to do so, your uploaded images are stored on our servers. These images are not shared with others; they are only used to generate images/videos and shared with you.

We also collect usage information of our apps anonymously to improve our Service.

We collect error-reporting information anonymously if the Service crashes so that we can investigate the error and improve the stability of the Service for future releases. In general, these reports do not contain personally identifiable information or only incidentally.

Data Collection

We collect text data and uploaded images data when a user generates an image/video. We store these uploaded images in our secure servers for one month (then delete automatically) and share them with fal.ai (third party) services to generate image/video.

Facial Data Collection

We do not extract face data from images. Instead, we use artificial intelligence models to modify images and get output images/videos from these models. We share the image/video with only the user who generated it, then delete it in one month from our servers.

Age

The Service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of the Service.

Notification of Changes

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email to the email address we have on file.
